The product
A printable PDF supplied as a digital download. The sales page describes what it contains. It is practical guidance, not legal, financial or security advice.
Price and payment
£19, a one-off payment, taken on a secure checkout page run by Stripe. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
Delivery
After payment you are taken straight to the download page. If the download does not work, email us and we will send it another way.
Your cancellation right and your consent
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel a contract made online. For digital content supplied immediately, that right ends once supply begins, but only if you agree. At checkout you are asked to confirm that you want immediate access to the download and that you acknowledge you lose your 14-day cancellation right once it is made available. You cannot complete the purchase without that confirmation, and it is recorded with your order.
Our money-back guarantee
Separately from the law, if the pack is not useful to you, email info@cogniosynthesisportal.uk within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. No questions asked. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.
Faulty content
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if the content is faulty or not as described.
Licence
For your personal use, or internal use within your own team or business. Please do not resell, republish or share the PDF publicly.

See our privacy notice for how order details are handled.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK you may also bring a claim in your local courts.
