Steps

  1. Make sure your stock sheet has current levels and a reorder level per item.
  2. Ask the agent to list items at or below reorder level.
  3. Ask for a suggested quantity based on your last 8 weeks of sales, if the sheet has them.
  4. Check the shelf and order yourself.
