Why Handoff 4
Sending payment reminders to customers affects money and relationships, and a sent email cannot be unsent.

Steps

  1. Export the list of overdue invoices from your accounting tool.
  2. Check your bank for payments that have not been matched yet.
  3. Ask the agent to draft a reminder for each, with the tone set by how overdue it is.
  4. Approve each email individually; send them yourself or approve each send.
  5. Note the date chased in your accounts.
