Cancelling an account can lose data, discounts or access immediately and may not be reversible.

Steps

  1. Identify the subscription and check what you would lose (data, discount, access).
  2. Download anything you need to keep.
  3. Let the agent find the cancellation route and walk to the final confirmation screen.
  4. Approve the final click yourself (or click it yourself).
  5. Save the confirmation email or screenshot.
