Turn your rough notes into a blog post draft
- Who it's for
- Owners who know their subject but lack writing time
- Outcome
- A clear first draft in your voice that you can finish in minutes.
- Why Handoff 2
- It writes a draft for you to edit and publish.
Steps
- Paste your notes and one or two posts you have written before.
- Tell it who the readers are and what you want them to do next.
- Ask it to mark anything it added beyond your notes.
- Edit, fact-check and publish it yourself.
Copy-paste prompt
Works with any agent. Replace the [square brackets] with your details.
Turn these notes into a blog post of about [600] words for [audience]: [paste notes].
Match the voice of these past posts: [paste]. End with this next step for readers: [call to action].
Do not add statistics, quotes or claims that are not in my notes; if something would help, write [SUGGEST: ...] instead. Output the draft only; do not publish.Notes for each agent

Claude Suggested
Ask Claude to save drafts, not send them. In Cowork's Manual mode it pauses for approval before using connector tools set to 'Needs approval'. Avoid 'Skip' mode for anything sent in your name.

ChatGPT Suggested
Before an app action such as sending an email, ChatGPT may show an approval card. Keep your email app on 'Always ask' or 'Allow read actions' so sending always needs your OK.

Gemini Suggested
Gemini can draft Gmail messages in chat (Google Workspace connected app required). The draft has a Send button, so read it first, or use 'Edit in Gmail' on the web to finish it in Gmail.

Microsoft Copilot Suggested
In Outlook, 'Draft with Copilot' writes a draft you edit and send yourself, and 'Coaching by Copilot' can suggest tone and clarity fixes.

Open agents & automations Suggested
In n8n, connect the send tool through a human review step: the workflow pauses and shows the exact message for Approve or Deny.
